Single man genie lifts are one the best option for most venues because of the limited storage space required. Genie has proven themselves to be one of the safest options and they require very little when taken care of regularly. 

For most applications a single man genie lift is the only option because of the clearance of moving or dead hung rigging systems. The stage floor in many older venues is not capable of supporting the weight of other lifts.
